The Graduation Ceremony for the 2025–2026 Academic Year has been scheduled to take place on June 28, 2026.
Students who will participate in the Graduation Ceremony are required to submit the gown and cap delivery and return forms to their academic units. Graduation gowns and caps will be delivered to department/institute/vocational school secretariats by the Directorate of Equipment.
Students may collect their graduation gowns and caps from their department/institute/vocational school secretariats between May 11 and June 12, 2026, upon payment of an 800 TL deposit fee (700 TL for the gown + 100 TL for the cap).
Although returning the gown and cap is not mandatory, students who wish to return them may do so at the same offices between July 1–10, 2026, and receive their deposit refund. Returns will not be accepted after July 10, 2026. Any remaining gowns and caps, together with the corresponding deposit fees, will be transferred to the Directorate of Equipment with an official report.
