The project titled “Creativity and Translation: Does Post-Editing Machine Translation Enhance Creativity?”, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa KIRCA and with Research Assistant Beyza Havvanur SARIMEHMET as a researcher, has been awarded support by the Scientific Research Projects (BAP) Coordination Office of Çankaya University.
This project aims to investigate the impact of post-editing machine translation (PEMT) practices on creativity in the translation process. Within the scope of the study, the interaction between translation technologies and human creativity will be examined, with the goal of contributing to translation pedagogy.
